Well-aligned with the National Semiconductor Mission (NSM), BITS Pilani has been at the forefront of Semiconductor Education and Research. Recently, we have started a unique CoE in this Domain. The CoE is named as CREST (Center for Research Excellence in Semiconductor Technologies). 

As one major activity, BITS Pilani and CREST are conducting a professional development course on "Introduction to Device and Systems Packaging." It will be offered online as a Professional Development Course (PDC) by BITS Pilani to serve the emerging needs of Indian semiconductors and packaging. Global experts will teach this course; the intended recipients are Industry Engineers, Academic Faculty, and postgraduate students. Participation certificates will be provides after the course.
